Privacy Policy

1. What does it cover?

Imagenique holds personal information required to run the business. We only hold data necessary for us to provide an efficient service to our customers.

2. What do we collect?

1. We hold names, addresses and telephone numbers about our customers together with a record of work carried out for them.

3. How do we use it?

1. To ensure we can give our customers the best possible service.

2. To generate invoices and the business accounts.

3. We do not share it with any other third parties .

4. How is it stored?

1. We hold paper copies of invoices which are held in files and locked in the office.

2. Data is stored electronically on a computer which is kept locked away in the office.

5. Contacts

1. We do not send out non solicited e mails, we will only contact customers at their request.

6. Disclosure of information

1. Current or past customers can request a copy of information that we hold about them at a fee of £10, ten days’ notice must be given.

7. Updates to our Privacy Policy

1. We reserve the right to update our privacy policy as required.

Payment options

You can pay for your requested work either by paypal or by direct bank transfer. Payment details are outlined on your invoices. Payment is required upon the outset of all projects. Payment receipts are promptly sent out upon receipt of monies.

Long and on-going photo retouching/editing projects may be paid via pre-agreed installments. Installment payments are arranged between iMAGENIQUE and client, based on the project at hand; reflecting project cost and length.

iMAGENIQUE caters for both small and large on-going projects, and for both private and commercial clients. Would you like a FREE, no obligation quote for your intended project?

Simply email iMAGENIQUE your photograph(s) in low resolution format, together with a clear description of what you want doing to your photograph(s). Click on the email link on the top right hand corner of this page. Once you have received your quote and you are happy to proceed, you can then send your high resolution photographs (the best quality you have) via: send in your photos now

Please note: Low resolution photographs are normally sufficient for the purpose of a quote. However, once committing and proceeding with a project, high resolution photographs are required to ensure that you receive brilliant results. If you are unsure about the quality of your photographs then do give iMAGENIQUE a call to talk things over.

iMAGENIQUE endeavours to send out quotes within 24 hours during the working week. However, please bear in mind that iMAGENIQUE may need to contact you if there is a query over your requested photographic project and may need further information from you or answers before completing your quote.

How it Works

You have some photograph(s) requiring retouching/editing work to be carried out. Simply email your photograph(s) at a low resolution to iMAGENIQUE by clicking on the email tab on the top right hand corner of this page. Be sure to write a very clear description of what you want doing to your photograph(s)

If you are sending several photographs that require different editing work, be sure that your description is clear and beside each relevant photograph.
You will then receive your free quote via email. You should receive your quote within 24 hours, ignoring weekends and holidays. Be aware that in some instances, iMAGENIQUE might need further information to complete your quote. In this instance, iMAGENQUE will email you with any further questions in order to complete your quote. iMAGENIQUE is always happy to go through client's projects one to one on the telephone.
Once you receive your free quote via email and are happy to proceed. You then send the same photograph(s) to iMAGENIQUE at the very best quality, high resolution. To do this you can send them to iMAGENQUE via Drobox, Google Drive or We Transfer. These sites are perfect for sending large files, and this avoids blocking up your email server. Please see 'send in your photos now'
You will also be sent an invoice from iMAGENIQUE for pre-payment of your requested work. Payment can be made via paypal or bank transfer. With large or on-going projects, it is possible to agree with iMAGENIQUE an instalment plan for your payments resulting on spreading out any larger payments; particularly helpful if you require on-going editing work.
When your work has been completed they will be sent back to you via the same method that you sent your high resolution photographs to iMAGENIQUE, either by Dropbox, Google Drive or We Transfer.
If for any reason there is any problem(s) with the end results of your photograph(s), the problem(s) will be rectified swiftly by iMAGENIQUE and your photographs will be re-edited. If the problem was a result of artist error than iMAGENIQUE will carry out the additional works free of charge. If the problem was a result of incorrect or insufficient information given to iMAGENIQUE by the client, then the additional work will be carried out at cost to the client.

Copyright

When submitting photographs for editing to iMAGENIQUE, the client must either own the copyright to the photograph(s) or have permission to use and have the photograph(s) edited by the copyright owner.
Submitted photograph(s) that have been purchased from a third party site, such as a stock photography site, must be purchased with the appropriate license for end usage and editing.
In some cases iMAGENIQUE may supply photography owned by © iMAGENIQUE/Jacqueline Smith Photography for client's projects. iMAGENIQUE and Jacqueline Smith Photography always retains photograph copyright.
Completed retouched or edited images may be used across the iMAGENIQUE website or the Jacqueline Smith Photography website. Images may also appear on social media pages representing both affiliated business. Jacqueline Smith Photography is a sister company to iMAGENIQUE.
Any images or copies of images or photographs, computer files or printed documentation related to such images are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988.
All customer's details are kept in strict confidence and are not sold onto third parties.
